Strategic priority designation

The original Kaveri turbofan did not enter Tejas service and should not be shown as a near-term AMCA production engine. Open sources instead point to a dry Kaveri derivative for Ghatak/UCAV applications and a separate future high-thrust co-development path for AMCA Mk-2 class requirements. Budget and IOC are therefore left non-specific until an official high-thrust engine contract is public.
